Job Description:

Our store teams are the warm arm of reassurance, offering product insight, product knowledge and trust. They provide in-store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, in-store “parent to be” events, and help guide customers along their unique parent journey. Our aim is to make the experience of buying that first pram, cot, baby changing table or a baby’s first birthday outfit a magical moment to be remembered forever.

Role of Store Supervisor

Our supervisors are ambassadors of these magical moments and the heart of our award‑winning business. We are looking for an amazing supervisor to be based at our Mamas & Papas Fareham store, leading a small team of Sales Consultants, and working closely with the store manager or management team to achieve store results and deliver an incredible customer experience.

This Store Supervisor opportunity covers 40 hours per week, across five days, including either Saturdays, Sundays, or both on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

If you come from a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant background, love putting a smile on a customer’s face, and can lead a team by example and support, then we’d love to hear from you.
