We are on the search for a dedicated team-player to support the external sales team of a long-established printing company.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing customers via telephone, email, and occasionally face to face.
- Ensure consistent, prompt, and accurate customer responses.
- Raise orders promptly and accurately following the correct procedure.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Experience with MIS (preferably Tharstern).
- Punctual, well presented, and a dedicated team‑player.
- Resident of the UK, with recent experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
