Responsibilities

• Work harmoniously with colleagues, fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.

• Share knowledge and skills to support and train both new and existing team members.
• Assist in day‑to‑day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Accurately process transactions, handling various payment methods efficiently.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and visually appealing.
• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and pricing to provide customers accurate advice.
• Help set up and execute in‑store promotions and displays to drive sales.
• Build strong connections with customers, engaging to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Support store management in identifying growth opportunities.
• 12 Hour Temporary Sales Assistant required for 1 Weekend day
