We’re looking for someone to help lead our Edinburgh store and give customers the kind of service that gets them out there sooner. You’ll help people choose the right kit, build confidence in their adventures, and keep the store moving in the right direction so more people can Go Nice Places, Do Good Things.
What you’ll be doing
We’re looking for someone with a passion for outdoor brands like ours, and by the whole outdoors; From quick local escapes to bigger days out. This role is hands‑on and full of variety. You’ll step up as duty manager when the Store Manager is away, back the team on the shop floor, and grow your retail leadership through real responsibility and commercial decision‑making.

About you
- Take pride in giving great service and love being on the shop floor
- Experience in outdoor retail environment
- Get stuck in and make things happen
- Have a genuine love for the outdoors and the people who get out in it
- Think commercially and enjoy helping build a store that feels a bit different and genuinely special
- Know your way around outdoor kit and a range of activities, or be keen to learn fast
