The Role of Store Supervisor
Supervisor – The heart of our award-winning business, inspiring our customers and leading a small group of Sales Consultants to achieve store results and outstanding customer experience.
This 20-hour per week role is available across four days, with options for Saturdays, Sundays or both. Ideal candidates are those with a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant background who love putting a smile on customers’ faces, create magical moments, and lead by example.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating a team of Sales Consultants.
- Collaborating closely with the store Manager or Management teams to deliver store targets and superior customer service.
- Ensuring product knowledge, shelf presentation and store operations meet Mamas & Papas standards.
- Providing training and coaching to team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail supervision or senior sales roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to set clear objectives and manage performance.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm for the parenting brand and a drive for customer delight.
