Sales Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Leeds Trinity
Contract: 16 hours
Flexibility: Monday–Sunday (rotating shifts)
Pay: £8.00 – £12.71 per hour + 30% staff discount
About the role
As a Sales Assistant, you will create a next‑level shopping experience for customers, representing the brand with energy and style. You’ll be the vital presence in the shop, helping customers discover the right fit and making every visit memorable.
What you’ll do
- Style the full fit – Ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks including footwear, layers, accessories, and care kits.
- Know the product, know the culture – Learn every silhouette, technology, fabric, weather durability, and care. Become a Footasylum Brand Ambassador.
- Host the hype – Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations, leading the energy for every event.
- Chase the win – Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins, prioritising progress over perfection.
- Keep it premium – Maintain visual standards, keep stock organized, and ensure the shop looks fresh and ready for every customer.

- Outgoing, confident, and approachable – you love starting conversations and building connections.
- Obsessed with sneakers and streetwear, especially Jordan, and eager to learn more.
- Flexible for evenings and weekends, thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
