Store Co-Lead, Sydney – DTC Retail & Operations

ON RUNNING is looking for a motivated individual to co-lead their first retail store in Sydney. You will be responsible for defining store operation processes and overseeing daily performance to ensure exceptional customer service.

With 3-5+ years of experience in retail and strong interpersonal skills, you will play a vital role in inventory management, IT systems, and customer interactions. This position requires the flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
