Head of RDS Insurance Sales (UK & Ireland)

Crossell is looking for a Head RDS Insurance Sales UK & Ireland to drive growth in the Solutions business within the Insurance and Public Sector markets. This critical role involves leading a high-performing sales team, cultivating strong client relationships, and executing business strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in sales, extensive knowledge of the P&C insurance industry, and a proven record of achieving sales targets. The role provides a competitive base salary range of £144,000 to £216,000.
