As a Weekend Sales Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, prioritising customers and delivering a great shopping experience.
- Sharing your knowledge about our product range and offering helpful advice to customers.
- Actively participate in demonstrating products and occasional character visit days.
- Process sales transactions accurately, securely and efficiently through the till.
- Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.
Weekend shift schedule: 4‑hour shift on Saturday and 6‑hour shift on Sunday, for a 10‑hour contract. Flexible start and finish times may be required. Additional hours may be asked for especially during Christmas and school holidays.
