TheOpportunity:

As the first SDR hire, you will have a unique opportunity to shape and lead the sales development function. This role offers a clear path to leadership, with plans for you to build and manage an SDR team as quickly as 6-12 months into the role.

RoleResponsibilities:

  • Drive outbound sales initiatives and help build out the SDR function from the ground up
  • Collaborate with a high-performing marketing team to qualify and convert leads
  • Target and exceed monthly meeting quotas (20+ qualified meetings per month)
  • Participate in UK and US industry events as a company representative
  • Work closely with founders to establish and optimize sales processes

RequiredExperience:

  • 1+ years of outbound sales experience
  • Track record of consistently exceeding targets
  • Tech sector experience preferred but not essential
