Your Key Duties

• Assist teachers and Early Years staff in delivering engaging, play‑based learning activities
• Help create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
• Support early development in communication, numeracy, literacy, and social skills
• Encourage independence and positive behaviour in young learners

What You’ll Need

• Experience in Early Years or childcare (desirable)
• Understanding of the Early Years Framework
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Registered with the Education Workforce Council (or prepared to complete registration)
