Remote Performance & Development Coach

Police Now is seeking a Performance and Development Coach to coach and support participants in their two-year programme. The role includes providing development support to approximately 80 participants while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in Coaching and Mentoring, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex conversations under pressure. Offered salary ranges from £38,000 to £43,500 per annum, pro rata.
