Salary: £17.10 per hour – £22.50 per hour

We are looking for Care Home Chefs in the Somerset areas to support local care homes.

Responsibilities

• Bring valuable experience from a care home or other professional kitchen environment.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen team.
• Plan and prepare appealing, nutritious meals that meet individual children’s needs and preferences, including dietary requirements.
• Ensure the kitchen environment is consistently clean and adheres to all food safety standards.

Requirements

• IDDSI training.
• Level 2/3 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Food Allergen Certificate.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate on the update service.
• Previous care home experience.
