Finance Intern

Role Overview

The Finance Intern will support the Pan-European Financings & Capital Markets team within Finance & Operations, working alongside analysts on debt modelling, refinancings, and portfolio analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support debt modelling on new acquisitions and refinancings (building input sheets, sensitivity cases, comparable loan analysis)
• Assist the team on portfolio exits and corporate finance workstreams
• Help prepare investor materials and lender presentations
• Assist with portfolio performance tracking and returns analysis vs. underwriting
• Ad hoc market research on lenders, comparable transactions, and debt terms

Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience in Real Estate finance
• Professional fluency in French, German, Dutch or Italian (preferred)
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Real estate or private equity exposure preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
