About the Role
This apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience across several areas of the business. You will regularly interact with customers and colleagues, developing key workplace skills in customer service, administration, logistics, and business operations. You’ll learn how a successful business operates while building confidence and professional skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound company calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle customer queries regarding product availability, pricing, deliveries, and orders via phone and email.
- Support order processing, including orders, refunds, and exchanges.
- Book shipments to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
- Assist with stock level reporting, including stock checks, ordering, and reconciliation.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring all customer information is accurate and up to date.
- Help prepare equipment for events and company activities.
- Support the team with social media posting and marketing activities.
Apprenticeship Training
You will complete a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, gaining structured training alongside valuable on-the-job experience.
Entry Requirements
- GCSE English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
- GCSE Maths – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
