Job Summary

We are looking for a Receptionist at Mercure London Bankside. The role involves greeting guests, managing front‑office tasks, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the hotel, extending a warm welcome to guests.
  • Provide a welcoming experience and support guests at the front desk.
  • Cooperate with other hotel departments to ensure a wonderful guest experience.
  • Work in shifts from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., with occasional night shifts (11 p.m.–7 a.m.).
  • Train in all front‑office related functions and safety of the property and people.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong people skills and a passion for continuous improvement of hotel services.
  • Ability to work in a structured manner and adapt to varying service requirements.
