About the role

As a Foundry Operative, you will be working in a fast‑paced heavy industrial environment supporting the production process. This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience in foundry work, casting, or similar heavy manufacturing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Operating machinery and equipment within a foundry setting
• Handling molten materials safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading materials using FLT (Counterbalance)
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times
• Supporting production targets and quality standardsGeneral labouring and housekeeping duties within the facility

What we are looking for

• Valid FLT Licence (Counterbalance C/B) essential
• Previous experience in a foundry, casting environment, or heavy industry preferred
• Strong understanding of health and safety in industrial settings
• Physically fit and comfortable working in high‑temperature environments
• Reliable, hardworking, and team‑focused attitude
