We’re recruiting experienced Chill Operatives to join our team in Willenhall, on a temporary basis.

Shift Pattern Available 5 on /2 off, including weekends:

5on 2off – Start 5am or 6am

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick milk products accurately using voice-pick technology
• Move, load, and unload trolleys in a chill environment
• Ensure accurate stock rotation in line with MLOR (Minimum Life on Receipt) standards
• Complete routine cleaning and hygiene tasks
• Report any trailer defects or stock issues

What We’re Looking For:

• Cold store/chilled warehouse experience preferred
• Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) and numeracy
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Motivated, positive, and proactive

Pay Rates (Weekly Pay):

Day rates apply between 4:00-18:00:

• Mon–Fri: £12.71 (OT after 40hrs: £19.07)
• Saturday: £15.89
• Sunday: £19.07
• Bank Holidays: £25.42

Night rates apply between 18:00-04:00:

• Mon–Fri: £15.63 (OT after 40hrs: £21.99)
• Saturday: £18.81
• Sunday: £21.99
• Bank Holidays: £28.34

Note: Pay may vary within a shift depending on exact hours worked.
