Responsibilities
As a Support Worker / Tutor within the Clarendon Recovery College, you will co‑produce and deliver engaging courses and support adults in their journey towards improved wellbeing and independence.
You will develop course content, lead sessions, support students with learning plans, and monitor outcomes.
Provide day‑to‑day guidance to students, encouraging participation in education, employment and community activities.
Maintain accurate records and meet all administrative and programme delivery standards.
Qualifications
Experience working with individuals or groups in a mental health, community, education or support setting.
Excellent communication skills, able to engage, motivate and support a diverse range of individuals.
Confidence in working collaboratively as part of a team.
Organised and proactive, able to manage workload effectively and contribute to programme development.
