Warehouse Operative
We operate the UK’s ONLY flexible multi-temp, shared customer delivery logistics network. We buy, warehouse, pick and distribute products to the nation’s best-loved food and drink brands every single day and provide the best experience to our customers.

Requirements
- Enthusiastic, committed & driven to achieve effective results and reach all targets.
- Take pride in your work and look at ways to improve not only your own performance but that of the team and business as a whole.
- Previous experience working in a fast‑paced warehouse.
- Flexible to work a 5‑day rolling rota shift pattern with weekends, Bank/public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using voice technology.
- Check quality, shelf life, ensure packaging is robust in preparation for delivery.
- Ensure all products are assembled and methodically stacked to the highest standard for our clients.
- Work with all team members to ensure corporate goals and operational KPIs are consistently achieved and maintained.
- Comply with relevant legislation for Food Safety and Food Hygiene.
- Maintain health, safety and reporting procedures relevant to your role.
- Operate a clean‑as‑you‑go principle consistently.
- Cooperate with other departments/depots to ensure maximum efficiencies.
- Maintain a professional and polite attitude.
- Ensure audits are passed by adhering to all processes and procedures applicable to your role.
- Undertake any other duties that may from time to time prove necessary.
Health & Safety
Health & Safety compliance is vital; you will be expected to comply with all requirements of the Health and Safety policy and procedure, including safety checks of all equipment before use and wearing PPE. Safety starts with you!
Working Hours
44 hours per week which may include Saturdays and public holidays. Potential overtime available.
