Finishing Operative

Mon-Fri 7am-4.30pm
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful finishing operative to work with a long-established supplier in Doncaster.
Duties of the finishing operative include:
• GRP laminating – Hand lay or Chopper Gun
• Mould preparation – New / Refurbish/ Minor prep
• Matt cutting, prepping, gelling and mould release
• Graphics, paint, and decals
• Trimming and Sanding processing
• Mixing of materials
• Polishing & packing
To be considered for the finishing operative role you must have previous experience in fiberglass, composites or glass reinforced plastics. Have used both manual & battery-operated tooling and be physically able to maintain manual handling procedures
