M&E CAD Operative required to join a growing Mechanical HVAC specialist contractor delivering projects across healthcare, education and commercial sectors.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast‑paced and expanding business with a strong pipeline of work, supporting the delivery of multiple live projects across the South East.
The role will involve managing and coordinating M&E CAD drawings across mechanical and electrical building services installations while supporting Project Managers, engineers and site teams throughout project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Producing and managing M&E CAD drawings and layouts
- Supporting live Building Services projects across multiple sectors
- Managing drawing revisions and document control
- Coordinating technical information with project and site teams
- Maintaining drawing registers and project documentation
- Supporting CAD process improvements and workflow efficiency
What they’re looking for
- Experience within an M&E / Building Services CAD role
- Strong AutoCAD experience
- Revit knowledge beneficial
- Good understanding of HVAC and Building Services projects
- Strong organisational and document control skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- High attention to detail
