Freezer Operative – FLT (BRI2) Bridgwater, England

Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our client in Bridgwater, who are actively recruiting for Freezer Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Operating FLT and Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently
• Moving stock within freezer and warehouse environments
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
• Ensuring all products are stored correctly and stock rotation procedures are followed
• Conducting quality and stock checks
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Following all health and safety procedures within a freezer environment
• Working effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• A valid FLT Counterbalance licence
• A valid Reach Truck licence
• Previous warehouse or freezer experience preferred
• A good English level
• A positive approach to work / positive attitude
• A desire to develop skills and progress within the business
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 0800 start
