Process Operative (Process 2, Team C) – Dungannon
We are looking for a dedicated Process Operative to join our team at Dungannon site. In this role, you will be responsible for processing products in your department while ensuring hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards are always maintained. A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs.

- Work pattern: Monday – Friday, 6:00 pm – 2:15 am (Process 2, Cutting, Team C)
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out processing duties (e.g., filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering or evisceration – depending on the area of work).
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Produce a high standard of work consistently.
- Perform packaging, labelling, and boxing tasks.
- Work in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace.
- Report hazards, defects, or incidents promptly.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others.
- Work in a safe manner and comply with Company Health & Safety Rules.
- Wear protective clothing and equipment provided.
- Report incidents or hazards immediately.
Essential
- Ability to read and write.
- Numeracy skills.

Desirable

- A food hygiene qualification.
- Awareness of Food Processing industry standards.
- Knife handling experience.
- Previous experience in a butchery or food processing environment.
- Data recording or computer/keyboard skills.
