Warehouse Operator – Compounding (Late Shift)

We are seeking a Warehouse Operator for our Compounding team on the late shift (13:00-21:00).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and book raw materials.
• Locate raw materials in Gate 1 and Gate 2 warehouses as required.
• Process and load Baxter goods and raw materials for dispatch.
• Support day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse.
• Work as part of a cross‑functional team and learn various jobs in both the warehouse and packing areas.
• Communicate and collaborate with other business areas such as production and quality.
• Assist with routine blind count audits.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks on the fork truck fleet and work area to maintain a high standard environment.
• Comply with EHS/GMP/GDP company and corporate policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Provide cover for colleagues when necessary, including covering the early shift if requested.
• Notify Quality Assurance and Process Leads of any deviations from the process.
• Place orders for raw material and items required for production.
• Replenish stock locations when needed.
• Complete internal training when required.
• Perform other tasks as reasonably expected from time to time.

Experience Required

• Experience in a warehouse and/or packing environment is an advantage.
• Experience operating a Standing Electric Pallet Truck is an advantage.
• Experience with warehouse inventory systems or ability to learn computer systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills, especially MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); warehouse inventory systems experience is an advantage.
• Team player who works under instruction and on own initiative, following instructions diligently.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Quick learner, adaptable to change, displaying a high level of situational adaptability.
