Warehouse Operative – Middlewich, Cheshire

Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work for a leading logistics company in Middlewich, Cheshire.

Pay & Hours

• 6am-10pm – £12.71 per hour
• 10pm-6am – £14.16 per hour
• Days Overtime – £18.47 per hour
• Nights Overtime – £21.24 per hour

You will work 4 days on, 4 days off. Shift options are:

• Days 6am to 6pm (12‑hour shift)
• Nights 6pm to 6am (12‑hour shift)

All workers are provided with LLOP and MHE training during their assignments. Due to the location, your own transport is required for this role.

Duties

• Load and unload products to and from warehouse storage.
• Pick and pack items.
• Accurately complete any relevant documents to ensure all orders are ready for dispatch.

Ideal Candidate

Hard‑working, reliable, and physically fit – the role requires lifting. Working quickly and accurately, following instructions and procedures, and communicating effectively with team members are essential. Experience as a Production Operative, Warehouse, or Factory Operative is desirable but not required – full training will be provided.
