Responsibilities:
- General warehouse duties.
- Picking and packing stock, including heavy lifting.
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely.
- Ensuring the workplace is tidy and adheres to health and safety procedures.
- Supporting the Trade Counter as required, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Role: full time, permanent, 40hrs per week, Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:00 with 1hour break. No weekend work required.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a warehouse.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions.
- Dependable team player, prepared to support all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic.
- Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
