Warehouse Operative Position

Bridge Recruitment is working with a client seeking Warehouse Operatives to join their busy warehouse team. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment where efficiency, accuracy, and safety are essential.

• 12hr shifts 4 on 4 off evenings

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders
• Loading and unloading goods
• Operating pallet trucks and forklifts
• General warehouse duties, including housekeeping
• Using warehouse systems and scanning devices

Requirements

• Valid ride‑on pallet truck experience
• Good numeracy
• Fresh Produce experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to train on counter‑balance forklifts
