We’re proud to be the UK’s pioneering Circular-First Managed Print Services business, leading sustainability in our sector. Instead of the traditional ‘take-make-waste’ model, where resources are used once and then discarded, our circular-first managed print services centre around refurbishing and recycling Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and parts wherever possible to cut carbon emissions, reduce landfill waste and provide a more cost-effective solution for our customers.

Quality Control:

  • Perform final quality checks on refurbished MFDs.
  • Ensure all refurbished units meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and refurbishments.

Inventory Management:

  • Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Document all work performed on each MFD.
  • Provide detailed reports on completed refurbishments and repairs.
  • Maintain logs of parts used and time spent on each task.

What we can offer you

  • Opportunities to progress and grow your career
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 28 days after 5 years
  • Agile Perks reward platform offering discounts and great deals
  • Healthcare cash plan covering everyday expenses such as opticians, dentist etc.
