An exciting opportunity has arisen, for a part time Admin support for the Elective Care Booked Admissions Team as East Sussex Healthcare Trust. The post would be primarily at Eastbourne Hospital.
Main duties of the job
Delivering efficient and responsive admin support to the Elective Care Admissions team, which includes monitoring generic email accounts, adding waiting list entries to the PAS system and ensuring RTT clocks are started, acting as a point of contact for patients and colleagues, answering incoming calls, helping to monitor answer phone service, booking pre-assessment clinics and contacting patients to confirm attendance for pre-assessment before procedure dates. Applicants should have excellent attention to detail, the ability to juggle priorities, and strong communication and team‑working skills.

Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE or equivalent with English, Maths
- Keyboard and computer skills
Experience
- Previous admin and clerical experience in a busy office environment or similar skills
- Previous experience working within the NHS
- Previous experience of data entry on in‑house data systems
