Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer properties to identify and treat damp and mould issues.
- Assess the type and severity of mould and apply appropriate treatment methods.
- Provide advice to customers on mould prevention and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, treatments and materials used.
- Work safely and in line with health and safety regulations.
Essential Criteria
- Previous trades experience (property maintenance, plastering, joinery or similar).
- Reside in the WC postcode area.
- Possess a valid driving licence.
More About You
We are looking for someone with trades experience and a customer‑focused approach. While specific mould treatment experience is ideal, it is not essential as full training will be provided. Successful candidates will have strong attention to detail, follow technical processes, communicate effectively and be able to work independently to manage their own schedule.
