Join our warehouse in Andover, where you’ll be working in a state-of-the-art facility preparing orders for customers.

Work Areas

There are two work areas: Ambient and Chill (down to 0°C). Fixed Saturday and Sunday shifts make planning the rest of your week easy. You will be required to work in both areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack customer orders into shopping totes, ensuring the right products go in the right bags, with help from our robots.
  • Receive goods from suppliers as part of the quality assurance team, checking condition and putting them into totes for robots and pickers.

Shift Times

  • Days – Pick: 05:00 to 15:00; Inbound: 06:00 to 17:00.
  • Nights – Pick: 19:00 to 05:00; Inbound: 19:00 to 06:00.

What You Get in Return

  • Hourly Pay rate: £12.84.
  • Night shift premium (between 11:45 pm and 5:45 am): £3.34 per hour.

Requirements

  • No previous warehouse experience is required; bring a positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm.
  • You must be over 18 to apply.
