Warehouse Operative

Hours & Working Pattern

The role is 37.5 hours per week, worked across four days:

• Mon-Wed: 7:00am – 5:00pm
• Thurs: 7:00am – 4:30pm
• Potential overtime available on Fri/Sat, paid at x1.5 / x2

Role Overview

This position involves a combination of operating semi‑automated equipment and manual kitting, so good dexterity, focus, and attention to detail are essential. As always, we place strong value on the right character traits-people who care about their work and are consistently conscientious.

Production Assistant – Job Purpose & Responsibilities

• Assemble devices and complete kitting of finished products, following SOPs with precision.
• Carry out manual kitting, ensuring accurate preparation and organisation of components.
• Operate manufacturing equipment in line with EOPs, maintaining safe and efficient production.
• Work collaboratively to meet production targets while upholding quality standards.
• Take a proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
