HGV Class 2 Drivers Long-Term Opportunity in Kirklees for a local authority.
We are looking for two experienced HGV Class 2 drivers to join a well-established team for a long-term position with a respected authority in Kirklees. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable drivers seeking steady work with excellent hours and a supportive team environment. Inductions available as soon as next week.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate HGV Class 2 vehicles on scheduled routes
- Ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of working hours
- Take a 30-minute break during each shift
- Drive automatic vehicles for a smooth and straightforward experience
Job Details
- Hours: 06:45 – 17:00 (Finishes may be earlier once familiar with routes)
- Days: Monday to Thursday (Optional additional work elsewhere on Fridays)
- Guaranteed Pay: 10 hours per day guaranteed pay, when you only work up to 8
- Regulations: Domestic rules apply; no tachograph required
- Vehicle Type: Automatic
