Customer Team Member
Location: 83 Fortuneswell, Portland, DT5 1LY.
Pay: £13.04 per hour; Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent part‑time.
Working pattern: Closing shifts, 2pm–11pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Full paid training provided.
What you’ll do
- Provide friendly and thoughtful service, putting customers first in everything you do.
- Work together to make everyone’s day better by supporting store colleagues to solve problems.
- Keep the store safe and legal – maintain shelves, prices, dates, and temperatures.
- Introduce new products and services, ensuring smooth changes and sharing experiences.
- Support the local community through activities and events.
