Job Summary
Creative Support is a national not‑for‑profit care provider specialising in support for adults with a wide range of needs including learning disabilities, mental health needs and elderly care. The role involves providing personalised care and support to older adults who may also have a learning disability and/or mental health needs, promoting active and independent lifestyles consistent with the principles of Creative Support.
Responsibilities
You will deliver person‑centred care and support, maintain respectful communication, and collaborate closely with the team to meet the unique needs of each service user.
Qualifications
Experience of providing care and support to older people is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to provide respectful personal care are required.
