Skilled Highway Operative — Maintenance & Traffic Management

BCP Council is seeking Skilled Highway Operatives in Poole to deliver routine maintenance, manage traffic schemes, and participate in construction projects. The ideal candidates will have experience in highway maintenance and a Class C1/C driver’s licence.

In addition to a competitive pay rate of £28,598 (pro-rata for part-time), there are benefits like monthly recruitment payments and options to increase income through an Out of Hours rota.
