Overview

  • Offer confident guidance on dishes, ingredients, and wine pairings, reflecting Whitcomb’s Mediterranean style.
  • Serve dishes and drinks with precision, timing, and impeccable presentation.
  • Support setup, table preparation, and maintaining a pristine dining environment.
  • Work closely with colleagues, supervisors, and the kitchen to ensure seamless service.
  • Uphold The Londoner’s luxury service values in every interaction.

About You

  • Experience in restaurant or hotel service, ideally within luxury or high-end dining.
  • A warm, engaging personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
