Overview
Start a long‑term career while gaining a recognised qualification. You’ll work with residents and businesses to resolve unpaid debts, manage sensitive situations, and carry out enforcement activity with professionalism and integrity, while completing a City & Guilds certification.
Applicants should be willing to travel up to 45–50 minutes to their assigned area.

Training
- 12‑week structured programme
- Mix of remote/online learning, classroom‑based sessions, and on‑the‑job shadowing with experienced officers
- Accommodation provided where required during training
Key Responsibilities
- Execute enforcement activity, including Liability Orders
- Conduct visits to secure payments or recover goods
- Manage caseloads and locate individuals
- Handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and resilience
- Target‑driven with good judgement
- Organised and able to handle complex cases
- Full UK driving licence (minimum 12 months, no more than 6 points)
- Right to work in the UK and a valid passport
- Comfortable using digital systems

Note: During the training phase, your salary will be £25,000. Once completed, it will increase to £27,000.
With commission, you can earn between £45,000 and £60,000 (subject to performance).
