We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team for a seasonal role.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions
The successful candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining The Ritz London’s 5-star luxury standards. As a Waiter/Waitress, responsibilities also include:
- To meet and greet guests upon arrival and departure, not forgetting to use the appropriate form of address (Sir, Lord, Count etc.)
- Maintain a positive attitude toward clients, the Rivoli Bar team and other departments
- To collect food and drink orders as soon as they are prepared
- To ensure that all food and beverages are served to the standard required
- To see that guests are enjoying their visit and that service is proceeding at pace
Entry Requirements
- Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
