Youwill report to theHousekeeping Supervisor, working towardsserving our customersand providing a memorable experience for ourguests during their stay with us.

APublic AreaHousekeeping Attendantwillbe responsible for:

• Ensuring all control measures set by HOD are followed all the time
• Demonstrate the ability to proactively prioritise need of the departments and effectively manage resources and time
• Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures
• Demonstrating personal ownership of the tasks and follow through to getoptimal results
• Assistwith deep cleaning projects whenrequired
• Perform turndown duties whenrequired
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality service

To be successful in the role ofPublic AreaHousekeeping Attendant, we require:

• Housekeeping Assistant experience Excellent organisation skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
• The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
• A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
