Job Introduction
Sodexo is seeking a reliable and professional Night Shift Cleaner to join our team at the Thermo Fisher Scientific site in Paisley.
This role supports the delivery of high-quality facilities management services within a regulated life sciences environment. Initially, your focus will be on maintaining excellent cleaning standards across office spaces and general areas, including corridors, toilets, and communal areas.
As part of a structured development pathway, there will be opportunities to receive training in specialist industrial and factory cleaning, supporting wider operations on site.
What you’ll do
- Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks across offices, corridors, toilets, and communal areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with site and regulatory requirements
- Ensure all areas are presented to a professional standard for staff and visitors
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
- Respond to additional cleaning requests as required during shift
- Work collaboratively with the wider facilities team to support site operations
What you’ll bring
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
- A reliable and professional approach, with good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
- Interest in developing into industrial and factory cleaning disciplines over time
