Patient Experience Ambassador — Hospital Welcome Volunteer

Uhmb is seeking an Information Desk/ Meet and Greet Volunteer for the Royal Lancaster Infirmary. This role plays a vital part in providing a warm and helpful environment for patients and visitors.

The volunteer will guide and assist individuals throughout the hospital, ensuring their needs are met and that they have access to information about their appointments. Those interested in helping build an inclusive healthcare environment are especially encouraged to apply.
