Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in creating a serene and enjoyable experience for our spa guests.
- Greet guests with a warm welcome upon arrival.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient registration process, creating a friendly impression.
- Accurately schedule treatments and services, accommodating guest preferences and therapist availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering information about spa services, promotions, and facilities.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, answering phone calls, maintaining client records, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
