About this job

We have an opportunity available for a Supported Living Waking Nights Support Worker to join the team at The Academy based in Warrington, WA1 2RU. The service consists of 22 self‑contained flats and provides support and a home to adults living with a mental health diagnosis and other health conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide person‑centred support to enable tenants to live independently in their own properties and move toward securing their own accommodation.
  • Assist with personal care, administer medication, conduct check‑in visits, and support domestic tasks.
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring tenants feel valued and supported.
  • Use a tailored approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Tackle challenges with determination and a can‑do attitude, ensuring support makes a difference.

Qualifications

No prior industry experience or specific qualifications required. Onboarding includes on‑the‑job training and opportunities to undertake professional qualifications.
