Overview
As a Fundraising Volunteer you will help Blind Life in Durham secure the financial support needed to run its programs. Your tasks include recruiting supporters, organizing fundraising events such as charity sales, online fundraisers, and crowdfunding campaigns, and promoting the charity’s work.
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with supporters.
- Set up and run fundraising events.
- Collaborate with staff and fellow volunteers to implement fundraising ideas.
- Propose creative ways to raise money and reach new audiences.

Volunteer Timing & Location
Location: 8 Brookside Avenue, Crook, DL15 8LB.
Schedule is flexible and will depend on upcoming events.
Training & Support
- Reasonable travel expenses reimbursed in accordance with our Expenses policy.
- Support and training will be provided.
