Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
Participate in an intensive training program covering business development, sales strategies, and client management.
Gain a deep understanding of whisky products.
Pitch clients the company’s whisky cask investments.
Client Management
Support senior brokers in managing client relationships.
Communicate with clients to understand their investment goals.
Team Support
Work closely with senior brokers to develop new business.
Provide administrative and operational support to the brokerage team.
Actively contribute to team meetings and performance reviews.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
A desire to build a career in brokerage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
High level of motivation, ambition, and resilience.
Telesales background.
