Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

Our policy offers new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with a minimum of 12 for those preferring fewer hours.

Responsibilities

• Know customers and serve them with passion and pride

• Work across the store, including service, picking, and replenishment areas
• Apply training to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly
• Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store
• Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events
• Understand store performance and contribute to service and sales improvement
• Handle products with care to maintain quality

• Accept deliveries into the store as required
