Compassionate Support Worker — Help People Thrive

Sense Scotland is seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker to assist individuals with communication support needs and physical/learning disabilities in Ayrshire. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of those we support.

The successful candidate will work in small teams, providing flexible, 24-hour support and ensuring health needs are met, promoting social activities, and engaging individuals in their communities.

Experience is desirable but not essential; extensive training will be provided. A clean driving license is preferred.
