A lovely family based in Camberley are seeking an experienced and reliable afterschool nanny/housekeeper to support the care of their two young children aged 3 and 4 years old, alongside helping with the smooth running of their home. This is a great opportunity for someone warm, organised and confident working in a busy family environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, friendly and able to balance childcare with light household duties. A confident driver is essential for this role, and the candidate must also be happy to assist with dog walking. Previous experience in a similar position and excellent references are required.
Responsibilities
- Collecting the children from nursery/school and providing afterschool care
- Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Preparing snacks and light meals for the children
- Supporting the children’s routines and wellbeing
- General housekeeping and keeping the home tidy and organised
- Light laundry and household upkeep
- Dog walking and occasional pet care
- Ensuring the household runs smoothly in the afternoons
